Gymnastics classes at Altius are based on USA Gymnastics curriculum. Coaches teach fundamental skills and concepts on all Olympic events using a step-by-step approach. Multiple training stations, trampolines, and pits ensure a safe, progressive environment.
Classes are divided by both skill level and age to create a more personal experience for our students. Girls ages 6 - 10 move through classes 1 - 4 and benefit from fast-paced instruction, while gymnasts ages 9 & up can thrive with in-depth skill work in our Novice - Advanced classes. Small class sizes allow coaches to handle multiple levels in one group.
Students develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence as they master new skills. Our curriculum fosters a sense of accomplishment in every child by breaking down skills into achievable class levels.
