Kindergym
Fun |
Altius Kindergym Classes teach children to associate fitness
with fun. Theme-based lesson plans infuse traditional gymnastics
skills with imagination and creativity; walking across the balance
beam becomes crossing a bridge over alligators! |
Challenging |
Our goal is to keep your children excited about fitness. Event
circuits and stations are designed to challenge even seasoned
veterans of the Kindergym Program. Class age divisions ensure a
learning environment that is geared towards the appropraite
developmental stage. |
Relevant |

USA Gymnastics curriculum. Coaches teach fundamental skills and
concepts on all Olympic events using a step-by-step approach.
Multiple training stations, trampolines, and pits ensure a safe,
progressive environment. |

Personal |
Classes are divided by both
skill level and age to create a more personal experience for our
students. Girls ages 6 - 10 move through classes 1 - 4 and benefit
from fast-paced instruction, while gymnasts ages 9 & up can thrive
with in-depth skill work in our Novice - Advanced classes. Small
class sizes allow coaches to handle mutiple levels in one group. |

Students develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence as they master new skills. Our curriculum fosters a sense of accomplishment in every child by breaking down skills into acheivable class levels. | |
