Altius Teams

Altius offers the USA Junior Olympic Competition program for girls in levels 3 through 10, as well as Prep Optional and boys levels 4 - 6.   Girls and boys ages 6 and up are invited to join the team groups upon showing skill readiness.  Altius team program coaches are USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, and Medic First Aid & CPR certified.  Coaches are trained through attendance at USA Gymnastics Congress, Regional Congress and Altius in-gym training sessions.
Altius is also a member of the USA Elite Coaches Association and Video Club, which provides coach's training through numerous video tapes each year.  Our coaches are a very enthusiastic group who enjoy guiding each gymnast with their gymnastic and personal development.
