Gymnastics skills on all Olympic events and trampoline are taught in a progressive (step-by-step) manner based on USA Gymnastics guidelines. Children gain strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence as they are promoted through the levels based on skill mastery. Student to coach ratio in the Progressive Program is 8 to 1.

Girls Levels 1 - 4; Ages 6 & up

Children are instructed in vault, bars, beam, and floor with a focus on basic technique, individual achievement, and overall fitness.

Boys Levels 1 - 3: Ages 6 & up

Boys are instructed in floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar with an emphasis on strength and teamwork.

Advanced Gymnastics

Instruction for high school gymnastics preparation or for the gymnasts who chooses not to compete. Gymnasts work towards individual goals.

Level 3 Team (All Stars): Girls Levels 3 & 4

An additional 1 1/2 hour class where gymnasts perfect skills and learn routines to perform at seasonal meets in the southeastern WI area.

Private Lessons

For students interested in learning a specific skill or those who enjoy one-on-one instruction, schedule a "private" with the coach of your choice by contacting the front desk.

Students with Special Needs

Altius welcomes students with special needs. An experienced staff member will work with you to find the best class or setting for your child.

Prep Optional Team

A team program for girls who want a limited time commitment. Gymnasts perform personalized routines for competition.

USA Gymnastics Teams

Upon recommendation, gymnasts are invited to join the training squad or team program. Boys and girls train for USA Gymnastics competitions.
