ProScore Directions

Taking Gymnasts "Higher" since 1984

414 - 421 - 1200

Up

1. Use ProScore version 4.0 or higher.  4.16 is now available to download from the website.  Go to aegroup.com

2. Enter all teams coming to your meet into Proscore setup.  When entering teams, use the official name and then the short name supplied below.  Please enter the short name EXACTLY as it appears on the list, using upper case, punctuation and spacing as shown.  Especially note M & M - uses space before and after &.

3. Enter gymnasts' information carefully and correctly.  All zeros must be entered in gymnasts' athlete numbers.

OR download the clubs that are coming to your meet from the USA Gymnastics website.  Go to File - Import - From USA Gymnastics  (directions will take you through the process)  It is best to use version 4.11 or higher to do this.

4. When entering scores at the meet be sure to enter both judges' scores (for level 5 and up).  The computer will recognize any math errors and a judging report can be generated at the end of the meet for the judges.

5. The more information you enter initially for the meet, the better your reports will be.   Please contact me with any questions during your meet setup process.

After your meet email the Proscore Transfer File of the entire meet.  It does not work if you try to send only results.  E mail to: janeschrimpf@hotmail.com. or send a CD with the Proscore Transfer File to: Jane Schrimpf  5648 Garland Ln.  Greendale  53129.  Discs must be sent in padded envelopes.  Discs arrive broken in regular envelopes.

    A. How To E Mail Results:
